This Cookie Policy explains how the Legacy with Nurse Judy website (the "Site") uses cookies and similar technologies. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device to remember information about your visit. Similar technologies include local storage and pixels. "First-party" cookies are set by the website you're visiting; "third-party" cookies are set by another company whose service is used on that website.
Our own cookies
This Site does not set its own cookies to track you, build a profile of you, or show you ads. We do not use advertising pixels or cross-site tracking tools.
Third-party services
The Site uses a small number of third-party services. They may set cookies or receive basic technical information, such as your IP address, when their content loads:
| Service | Where it's used | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| Google Fonts | Every page | Delivers the Site's typefaces. Google receives your IP address and browser details when the fonts load. |
| Calendly | Schedule a Consultation page, when the booking calendar is turned on | Powers appointment booking. Calendly may set cookies needed for the calendar to work and to remember your booking session. |
| Form processing provider | Contact page, when you submit the form | Securely delivers your consultation request to us. It may record technical details to prevent spam. |
| Website hosting provider | Every page | Delivers the Site and may use cookies or logs that are strictly necessary for security and to keep the Site running. |
Social media icons on the Site are simple links. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube do not set cookies through this Site unless you click a link and visit their platform, where their own cookie policies apply.
Managing cookies
Most browsers let you view, block, or delete cookies through their settings. You can also block third-party cookies only. If you block cookies, the Site will still work, but the booking calendar may not load correctly. In that case, you can request a consultation through the contact form or by phone at 347-723-9649.
Changes to this policy
If we add new services or change how the Site uses cookies, we'll update this page and its effective date.
